“I love the location and the property itself is beautiful! Lots of beautiful pools and areas to walk. It's great to have a kitchen, but food at the Legacy Grill is delicious (not always open though). We stayed here for Coachella because it was close to a shuttle stop, but out of the mayhem. We've stayed at different units in the past with our dogs and have returned because we like it so much. Having a garage is a bonus too!”

“Enjoyed this unit in La Quinta but especially loved the views from the patio and the facility. My only comment on the downside is that the unit is seeing some minor wear and tear but overall we had a great stay and we were pleasantly surprised by the community, restaurant, pool areas and walking paths. Property management was great too. Had an issue with the TV and someone was at our door a few minutes later. Thank you!”

“Great place to stay for a retreat from Midwest winter. The unit was fine and close to the main pools which are the only ones heated in the winter. Well stocked unit. Agree with others that more indoor lighting would be a plus — especially in main bedroom.”

“The quietest stay we’ve ever experienced. Pretty neighborhood, very safe, with pretty lawn and landscaping. New and clean interior. Instant hot water in bathroom a plus. One of the master beds was really lumpy and creaky though, woke us up through the night. The other was much better, but we were lucky we were only two occupying a 2bed 2 bath. The amenities stated tennis, which we brought racquets for, but this property did not have courts. Maybe it was referring to a different property or...

“The community is well kept. Loved being able to walk to La Quinta Resort for morning coffee. And the cafe on property was great for breakfast. Only downside was finding street parking for this unit. Will stay again for sure.”

“I have an elderly sister with a walker. We were assured in writing that this was a ground unit. We arrive and the unit is second story with a 21 plus set of stairs and no elevator. The light at the top of the stairs was out so no light to enter the unit. Vacasa waited until the last day at noon to explain how to check in with required ID sent to them. They leave the office at 3:00 so it made this process extremely inconvenient while driving to the airport. Very poor management”
