Our property is a Palace and completely works as an Hotel, also having a chocolate factory operating inside the property. The Royal Cocoa Palace has two beautiful gardens, a large swimming pool, fitness and steambath, pool table, fireplace, library and the Noble Saloons were breakfast is served, among other saloons. A complimentary snack is served in a daily basis near the swimming poll or the fireplace and chocolate massages and other massages may be booked for a price. Our guests always taste our delicious Royal Cocoa pralines in the factory tour or at night in the suites. Now that you recall our property we do regret if you really intended to comment the Palace. If that would be the case we would be very sorry for not having understood the cause of your discomfort. That would not be usual for us.
