âNice breakfast, great service, professional and clean. Comfortable pretty rooms, comfortable beds. Good pressure in the spacious shower.
Not a lot closeby and the public transportation did not seem convenient, Uber is not available here, but you can call a number and get a taxi in 5-10 minutes. 21-26⏠to Ancona Centro, 45⏠to nice beaches (portanuova and Mezzavalle). Windows could have been cleaner, but really not an issue. Well maintained facility.

The location is quiet hopeless without a car. I asked the guy in the reception for ideas for what to see and where to go, he had no suggestions! Later I asked a woman and she recommended Senigallia.
There is nothing in the area, so I would rent a car if I dared to drive in Italy.

The breakfast the morning after, on the sunny roof terrace overlooking the landscape was absolutely delicious. Very well composed with a large range of alternatives. The freshly squeezed orange juice (some of the first oranges of the season) was a delight.
We were allowed to stay by the pool throughout the day also after check out and it was absolutely no problem to keep towels and have a shower in the dressing rooms before leaving.
