Just a short drive to Conroe, The Woodlands, and Houston-area attractions, this home is perfectly positioned for both fun and relaxation. IMPORTANT: Boats & Trailers are NOT allowed in the subdivision. Renter must make arrangements prior to entering. There are several within a few miles of the community.

This place was immaculate!! Great seating outdoors. Both upstairs and downstairs outside. The living room was incredible with lots of seating. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. In fact this placed was well stocked with everything. Had enough wash clothes for our entire stay. Seems like most give 2 washcloths per bathroom so you’re washing them every day. But not here. I do think people need to know the downstairs is all three of the bedrooms. The living room with kitchen is upstairs in this townhouse. That did present an issue since the couple we stayed there with have trouble getting up and down stairs. Fortunately the weather was great and we set on the ground level porch all but one evening when it rained. But we really loved this placed and were really impressed with the cleanliness and how incredible the place was decorated and equipped.
