Indoor sauna and fast 240v EV charger will be available from November 2025 onward. In the Rec Room, you'll find ballet barres, stretching, equipment and mirrors. Fitness classes can be streamed to the studio. The wood burning fireplace is wonderful for those cold Catskills nights.

Two decks and a patio to enjoy the mountain breezes, sunsets, and stars here in the Catskills. Front deck includes a grill and table seating for 6. The patio under the front deck includes table seating for 4. The rear deck has several seating options so you can enjoy the deer and wild turkeys grazing in the backyard. There is also a fire ring in the backyard.

Main Level:

Bedroom 1: King Bed, Television, Dresser, Closet, En Suite Bathroom w/ Shower

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, Closet, Chest of Drawers

Bedroom 3: Full Bed. Closet and Chest of Drawers.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with tub on the main level.

Lower Level:

Bedroom 4: Queen Bed, Pack and Play Crib, Dresser, Closet

Media Room: Full Size Sofa Bed. Privacy curtains can be closed to separate the space.

Recreation Room: Full Bed with Twin Bunk above, Dresser. Privacy curtains can be closed to separate the space.

All spaces on the lower level share a bathroom w/ double vanity and shower.

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property including back and front yards.

The Neighborhood:

Swinging Bridge Reservoir is the largest largest lake in the Sullivan Catskills, and one of the few that allows motor boats. You'll feel removed from the city, but still within 20 minutes of groceries and things to do. The neighborhood is a mix of seasonal homes and year round residents, with houses sitting on multiple acres of land. At one end of the street is a public boat launch, and just around the corner are two full services marinas--Starlight and Swinging Bridge Marinas.

Getting Around:

We recommend having car for your stay. Taxis are available, but ride sharing services are more sparse. Rental car services are available in Monticello. Shortline provides service between the city and Monticello as well.

Otisville and Port Jervis Metro North Stations are each approximately 30 minutes drive from the house. The trip from NY Penn Station to Otisville is about 2 hours. Train/bus access is great if you have members of your group who need to arrive/depart at different times.

Things To Know:

You will be required to sign a rental agreement after the booking is confirmed. Full terms of the agreement are available on request. Additionally, you will be required to upload an approved government identification card or passport when you complete the rental agreement. If you have questions about either of these requirements please message us prior to booking.

Fees may apply for early check-ins, late check-outs, and additional optional services.

Up to two dogs may stay at the property. The first dog is includes in the nightly rate. The second dog incurs a $25/night fee.
