The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, two-burner stove, and double sink. The wooden ceiling, terracotta floors, and porch with wooden truss give the house a typical rural character. Private comforts include air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and a covered terrace. Surrounded by greenery, the house is about 250 meters from the shared pool, easily reached on foot.

The Agriturismo San Michele is located in the upper Maremma region of Tuscany, in an area characterized by medieval villages and surrounded by nature. The property is about 1.5 km from the town center of Boccheggiano, in the municipality of Montieri, near the provincial road connecting Follonica to Siena. The small rural complex of San Michele consists of six independent buildings set in greenery. The buildings are close to the swimming pool, which is located within a park of centuries-old oaks, and each accommodation has a large private space.

The pool is open from 8 am to 8 pm, from June to September (opening periods may vary depending on weather conditions). A crib and high chair are available on request and subject to availability. Parking is available on site. Pets are allowed.
