Customer service is very good but communication between staff is poor. We had a problem with the bathroom, they sent the technical team to solve the problem faster but we don't know what happened because they didn't resolve it. After two days, they moved us to another room. Apparently, due to a lack of communication between the staff, despite the fact that I'm very friendly, they didn't know bring information."

"I booked for 3 nights. When I went back to the hotel for the second night, the staff took my things from room 309 without my permission. Staff put my things on the IKEA shopping cart. I get really pissed off at them and demand to be paid in full for the 3 nights. Otherwise I will call the police. They say I have asked to change rooms. I stop them for crap excuses and "why am I mad at you if I wanted to change rooms, Stop with your excuses". They changed their mind to refund for 1 night. I still demand a refund for the 3 nights or I call the police. Until finally their boss accepts to refund for the 3 nights and I get to sleep there for free for 3 days. We sign contracts and took pictures of staff with contracts. The next morning they pay me and throw me out. Pure idiots. Will be reported to the police for 2 things for disappeared."
