Nationally Historic Cook Mansion i Montour Falls, NY

Cook Mansion är en nationellt historisk Brink 5800 kvadratmeter herrgård byggd 1873. Det gränsar till de vackra SheQuaGa-fallen i centrum eller Montour Falls, NY. Cook Mansion fungerar som en Bed & Breakfast från april till december och värden tar igång januari februari och mars och vi tillåter familjer och grupper att hyra det för sin njutning på sin semester till Finger Lakes Region. Den har 6 sovrum och 6. 5 badrum tillgängliga för gäster att bo i. 4 sovrum har kungssängar och 2 har 2 drottningssängar vardera i dem. Det finns också två dubbelsängar tillgängliga för användning i alla rum. 1 sovrum med kung är i bottenvåningen och de återstående 5 sovrummen är på övervåningen, alla med eget badrum. Nedervåningen finns ett mycket stort kök fullt utrustat för hyresgäster med 2 spisar, 2 diskmaskiner, kylskåp, mikrovågsugn och kaffebryggare, brödrost, servis, dricksglas, grytor och kastruller. Det finns också ett tvättstuga med 2 tvättmaskiner och 2 torktumlare. I nedre våningen finns också ett vardagsrum, vardagsrum och 2 anslutna matsalar som kan sitta 20 personer i de två kombinerade rummen. Det är fantastisk utsikt över SheQuaGa-vattenfallet från det inre av Cook Mansion. Gästerna gillar verkligen att bo på Cook Mansion byggd av Elbert W. Kocken 1873, och vi hoppas att du har möjlighet om du är på semester i området januari till mars för att kunna njuta av en fantastisk familjesammanträde på Cook Mansion tillsammans medan vi är i vår lågsäsong från Bed & Breakfast. Under dessa månader är detta inte en Bed & Breakfast men vi gör det bara tillgängligt för stora grupper av hyresgäster att njuta och hyra utan att någon värd är där.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cook mansion. Quiet street, just steps away from the falls. The kitchen was well equipped and the house was large enough to spread out. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of extra blankets. We definitely recommend this house.

Well set up for large family group, well appointed kitchen, the hosts were very easy to deal with, quick response to needs. We loved our stay here for our family reunion, it's difficult to find a space each year that can accommodate our large family so well. As a bonus- we enjoyed the waterfall and the close proximity to our niece who hosted the 4th party.

This is our second time renting The Cook Mansion in the winter to be able to spend a great weekend w family and friends. This mansion has everything and anything you need even large tables of you want to sit and eat or play games.

perfect winter weekend

We were looking for a comfortable and convenient place to help my mom celebrate her 89th birthday. We found it here! Several common spaces for conversation, puzzles and meals, many lovely bedrooms with very comfy beds and the kitchen was massive, well fitted out, and perfect for communal meal preparation. Our host was very accommodating about arrivals and the location was perfect for poking around Watkins Glen.

Perfect house and location!

Our group of 8 women stayed at Cook Mansion for the Seneca 7 relay. The house was beautiful and perfect for our needs. We loved having the waterfall in the backyard and used the large kitchen and dining areas for breakfasts and dinners. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We all agreed it was a fantastic stay and we will be back!

Great place

This was perfect for our 14 people. Each room having its own bathroom is wonderful. Montour Falls is a great place, quiet but close to so much of what the Finger Lakes has to offer. Casey was great and respond to questions quickly. Looking forward to staying here again.

Finger Lakes Mansion

Cook Mansion was just perfect for our large group of 11. Beautiful old house with large bedrooms and every couple had their own attached bathroom. Huge fully stocked kitchen, two dining rooms and nice parlor were all great places to gather. Hosts were very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend the hike along the falls in nearby Watkins Glen State Park.

Destination half marathon house near Corning NY

This was a great house for 12 adults to share. The kitchen was spacious and the dining areas accommodated our group. We enjoyed the town and it was an easy drive to the bus pickup location for the half marathon. A good time was had by all!!

Family Reunion

We had a wonderful time! Check in was smooth and all the basics were provided. The mansion is not overly decorated so it was great with young ones. Plenty of room for us to spread out and to come together in the evenings. AND I could see the waterfall out of my bedroom window!
