“Clean and comfortable rooms, the staff is so nice!”

“The staff was pleasant and the rooms were basic and very clean. Housekeeping did a great job with daily cleaning. HOWEVER, if you are a NONsmoker, this is NOT the motel for you. The smoke (cigarette & Marijuana) was so Unbearable the first night there, I had to sleep in my car(i found out when i checked in they were full) I was nauseous and almost vomited another day and had to spend the afternoon in my car, or if I was in the room I had to leave the door open. “Great staff. Very clean. Breakfast was as good as you are going to find at a chain hotel. Only issue was one of the elevators was broken. Definitely will stay here again.”

“The Comfort Inn and Suites at Charlottesville VA is a beautiful place to lodge. I would have given it a 5 star but the remains of pets’ number two is nice to see anytime. I believe a notice for the customers to curb or cleanup after their pets is needed. Plus cameras. Very pleasant stay. The staff is excellent. The breakfast is excellent. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend it to my friends and foes.”

“This place is well-maintained for how old it is, and it was fun to stay in such a historic building. Surface cleaning is spotless, but a deeper clean is not really great (e.g., ceiling fans). Our room did not have a TV so we had to watch in the living room. We had to share a bathroom. Kind of frustrating for a room with kids, but it was on the booking. Just didn’t catch it somehow.
