Chez Annie et William

Welcome to Annie and William’s home in Montpouillan, a charming farmhouse typical of the Marmande region, covering an area of 290 m², which can accommodate up to 15 guests and has been fully renovated to host large family and friends’ gatherings.
It comprises a lovely 80 m² living area with a large lounge separated from the dining room by an open fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a central island, six beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and two shower rooms. You can enjoy a garden of around 400 m² and benefit from a view. Wi-Fi is available – we’re just waiting for you!

The property is laid out as follows:
Ground floor:
- An 80 m² living area with sofas, a decorative fireplace and a dining area.
- An open-plan fitted kitchen including: a central island, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Senseo pod coffee machine…
- A TV room with a television and CD player.
- A utility room.
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed.
- Bedroom 2: one queen-size bed (160×200) and one single bed.
- A bathroom with shower and bath.
- Two separate toilets.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 4: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 5: one double bed (140×190).
- Bedroom 6: two double beds (140×190) and one single loft bed.
- Two shower rooms, one of which has a toilet.

Outside:
- A lovely 400 m² garden with three terraces, fully furnished for enjoying sunny days.
You’ll have access to a table tennis table, a pétanque court and a mini swimming pool (2.40m diameter × 60cm deep); this area is fenced off.
- A swimming pool open all year round, unheated.
- The swimming pool is fitted with a bar-style cover

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, plancha, high chair, cot, baby bath, tumble dryer, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron,

The house is ideally situated in Montpouillan, in a very pleasant setting beside a stream and overlooking a lake. In the nearby towns, you’ll find all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

Activities:
The Canal du Midi is 800 metres away, with its lovely cycle path and boat trips.
You can also explore the Casteljaloux thermal baths, Lake Clarens (with water play areas), an 18-hole golf course and the new CENTER PARC.
You’ll be about 1 hour from Bordeaux, 1 hour 30 minutes from Toulouse, and 1 hour 45 minutes from the Arcachon Basin, Lake Biscarrosse, the Atlantic beaches, the Dune du Pyla and the Périgord.
Event: GAROROCK Festival at the end of June.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, the property is 8 km from the A62 motorway (Exit 5).
You can park all types of vehicles (around ten) directly in the house’s private car park, which is secured by a digital code gate; a bicycle storage area is also available.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Marmande SNCF railway station: TGV line between Bordeaux, Paris and Toulouse.
- Nearest airport: Bordeaux-Mérignac, 1 hour 15 minutes away.

- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our partner on site). Price: €15 per person, including a set of bed linen and towels. The rates given are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Free Wi-Fi available.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation; a supplement of €15 per stay applies from the second pet onwards. Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
