The kitchen is nicely equipped and the laundry was a bonus. Beds were comfortable.The property could use better soundproofing though. The first day, there was repair or construction in the unit above and the noise was quite loud in our suite. Also, the unit above can override the heat in the lower unit, so while they had the doors open upstairs while working, we were being blasted with heat going continuously. It was over 80 degrees at one point and was like a sauna. The host turned it down for us but we woke at 1 in the morning with it back up to 80. The final night of our stay, the upper unit was occupied and the guests were stomping around, shouting, playing loud music and generally not being mindful of us in the unit below. At 11:30 at night, someone was banging and shouting on the outer door. We contacted the host and he indicated that he would try and reach out to them. Not sure if that happened as it was still noisy until they left the unit to party elsewhere. It was quiet until after 4 when they came back. They weren’t quite as loud at that time, however, every footstep above resonated in the unit below. We got about 5 hours sleep and we happy to be checking out in the morning.
