The home features three generous, well-lit bedrooms. Each room is furnished with a comfortable queen-size bed, quality linens, and plenty of closet space to unpack and settle in.
The living room serves as a wonderful central gathering space for your group. It features plenty of comfortable seating and a large sofa that easily converts into a bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for two additional guests.
Save on dining out by utilizing the full, well-equipped kitchen. It comes complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and all the essential cookware and dishware you need to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to large family dinners.
The full bathroom features a deep soaking bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. Fresh towels and essential toiletries are provided. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located directly inside the unit, making it easy to refresh your wardrobe during longer stays.
Step outside to enjoy your own private patio and backyard. It is a fantastic bonus space where you can enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or gather with your group in the fresh air.
You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation.

For your daily needs, the nearby stretches of Rue Hochelaga and Rue des Ormeaux feature charming local bakeries, independent cafes, and relaxed family-owned restaurants. You will find grocery stores, pharmacies, and convenience stores all within easy walking distance, giving the area a strong, highly livable community feel.
Navigating the city from this location is simple and straightforward, offering excellent connectivity:
Public Transit: The Honoré-Beaugrand metro station (the terminus of the Green Line) is the closest station. You can reach it via a quick ride on the 189 bus, which runs directly along Rue Hochelaga, or you can take a pleasant 20-minute walk.
Downtown Access: Once on the Green Line at Honoré-Beaugrand, it is a direct, transfer-free ride right into the heart of downtown Montreal (Place des Arts, Peel, or Guy-Concordia stations) in about 20 to 25 minutes.
Driving & Parking: If you are bringing a car, this area is highly convenient. You have immediate access to Autoroute 25 and Rue Notre-Dame, making driving in and out of the city seamless. Plus, free street parking is generally much easier to find here compared to the denser central neighborhoods.
Biking: Montreal is famous for its cycling infrastructure. You can easily access the beautiful bike paths along the river or rent a bicycle from the nearby BIXI bike-sharing stations during the warmer months.
✧The AC and heating systems are available and operational based on the season. The AC is installed from late spring through mid-autumn, though this may vary depending on the seasonal temperatures. The heating system is permanently installed and available for use during any cold weather.
