    -Care & Cleanliness: We take pride in providing a spotless space. Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing any damages or any specialized deep-cleaning fees if the studio is left excessively dirty.

The studio apartment was great for what we needed and was in a convenient area but would have been nice to look out the windows and parking was tricky Bathroom shower wasn’t that great and small bathroom but clean and comfortable

Very nice and cozy loft , i really enjoyed the space especially that the host had many different subscriptions available on the tv in the property, so most of the time inside the loft was well spent watching tv.Overall, would book again if i'm ever back in montreal.

This spot was perfect. Nice 10 min walk from waterfront and downtown Old Montreal core. SPACIOUS Had all the amenities in good working order and a few extras like towels and an ironing board which were both handy since we were travelling for work. Well appointed space that blended the best of a hotel and private rental. Check in and out process was easy and problem free.10/10 recommend

It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was functional. We did lots of cooking after visiting the Jean Talon Marche. The beds were Very Firm. There was no place to hang clothes. There was no parking on festival days, but otherwise there was parking.

My family lived here for one week and we found our stay not as pleasant as we wanted. When we first entered this airbnb, the mat placed in front of the door when we walked in was extremely dirty, it looked like it has never been washed. The washroom had no space to put a cup or your toothbrush, don’t even think about a space to put your clothes or towel. The towels that were provided also smelled very bad. The sink was incredibly small, so every time it’s used, water will be all over the floor. When using the shower, there is no proper closing, so it is guaranteed for water to leak out from the corner. The people who lived on top of us were very loud, day and night. We would wake up at least twice every night from their constant stomping noises, the sound never stopped! Not to mention, since this airbnb was beside a busy road and it was very loud too. It was worse for us because there was construction during our stay and we heard constant honking. We also do not recommend to drive there, as parking was very hard to find, and if you are unlucky like us and construction is happening, it’s very hard to drive back to this location. I will say that the kitchen facility was very nice. Lots of equipment was given but be sure to wash everything before use, we found a couple cups in the cabinet that were used and dirty.

This is a large studio, close to the metro & walking distance to old port. The kitchen is updated, the bed is comfy & the area is safe. The bathroom is a bit tricky (no space to put anything) but it works. Another wall shelf or space in the cabinet below the very tiny sink would have been useful. It would also be great to have a pan to warm things in the oven. The windows are large but covered , so it is impossible to see outside from anywhere inside. We enjoyed our time there.
