We had an amazing stay at this beautiful apartment in Montreal! It was spotless, stylish, and perfect for our getaway. The location was ideal—close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made everything so easy. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Dirty and Poorly Cared For

I stayed with my wife, toddler, parents, and mother-in-law This unit is really two units with a combined doorway, I'll try to keep it as short as possible and have attached photos.There is no working light at the top of the landing to enter the unit, and the front door to the unit is flimsy and showed signs of someone trying to pry them open. When we entered, we found several large canisters of nitrous oxide sitting in a closet, unclear what they are used for. The flooring has gaps between the boards which can hurt someone's foot (pictured). The main hall closet door was off its rails and fell completely off the first time we tried to move it, I checked the others and they were in a similar state.In the smaller unit there was a huge hole in the ceiling (pictured). The bottom panels of the dishwasher and cabinet were off and just left there. There was a huge yellow stain on the blinds in that unit (pictured). There were dead bugs on the windowsill of that unit (pictured). There were many holes and marks all over that unit and the other one.In the larger unit the floormat on the inside was FILTHY and stained my toddler's feet almost immediately. There were stains on the washcloths, and a torn pillow. The handle to the kitchen faucet came off immediately. When we moved the couch we found 3 separate shards of broken glass from a previous stay (pictured). There were multiple stains on the carpet (pictured).Not trying to exaggerate anything here, terrible unit for the price

Great location, Great for families

Excellent property for a family vacation. We appreciated the location within walking distance of downtown Montreal events. Clean and spacious.

Great location, but lots of stairs

Overall the rental was great for the F1 weekend! We stayed Friday to Tuesday. You can’t beat the location, lots of shopping and restaurants. There was lots of room in the living room and kitchen. Nice decor. We ate in a couple of meals and watched NBA finals. The mattresses were awesome! And lots of fans (ac worked fine) and nice showers. The washer and drier were a great help as well. The listing is missing a couple of important things. It’s a 4th floor walk up with steep stairs. Thank goodness our group had healthy knees. Also it’s actually 2 adjoining units. This wasn’t a problem just confusing. The kitchen is not quite fully stocked. There was only a couple of bowls for cereal and 2 of the wine glasses were cracked. We didn’t try to cook but it would have been difficult. The WiFi didn’t work until the last day we were there. Fortunately we had several cell phones that were hot spots so we didn’t miss a game. The door knob in one of the front doors was very loose and not too secure.

First visit to Montreal

Our group of 8 stayed at this home while visiting Montreal from the US, and it was a great experience. The place is clean, comfortable, and nicely set up—it really felt like a home away from home. Everything we needed was available. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thanks for a great stay!

Montreal getaway

The property was spacious and in a great location. In the heart of downtown, close to tons of restaurant and grocery options walking distance to Old Montreal (even for our five year old), and close to public transit for locations that were farther. Our host gave clear, easy instructions and was very quick to respond to our questions. We had a wonderful time!

Montreal haven

While we were in trendy Montreal, it was very comforting to know everyday that while we were out and about on the beat, doing some heavy sightseeing and more, that we had such a comfy pad to return to, to nestle down in for the evening. The apartment was meticulously clean with a calming decor, tasteful furnishings, ample kitchen to cook up a storm... If only we had the time, and a well laid out and absolutely spotless bathroom. Jordan was available and responsive from the start, even before we got to Canada, so we were confident that our host cared about our well-being and our comfort, not just that we wouldn't wreck the place. It was a great pleasure for us from start to end, highly recommended by all in our party, even our teenager... Will come again, time permitting
