Bra kundservice! Glömde mitt kort så jag kunde inte lägga en deposition men de var trevliga om det. Rummet var rent, men det fanns inget påslakan på täcket. Läget var jättebra, centralt och nära Chinatown. Sängen var skön, och det fanns AC i rummet ifall man vill ha det.

Totally OK
Central location walkable to main sites, parking just around the corner. Might be a bit noisy due to location. Cheap breakfast. Generally totally fine!

Thank you for this great review. Located right in the center of downtown noises coming from out are something unfortunately we cant control, but we hope that you have still enjoyed visiting our beautiful city. We hope to see you again!

Affordable and great location.
Affordable, friendly staff and clean rooms. This is an old building and so is everything else in it, each floor has a shared bathroom and you'll get a sink with running water in the room itself, works very well had no issues with this setup. This is all specified when booking although people might miss the info as it's in the fine print. Location on the main walking street in downtown, perfect location.

This is a HOSTEL. That being said it fit our needs for the weekend. Bed was damaged and there was a hole in the wall on arrival. Did not bother us but I expect it would bother many. Continental breakfast was minimal but we didn’t expect anything so the morning coffee was appreciated. Deck area was minimal but appreciated. Staff were friendly and the locked lobby was a nice feature.

Although it was Monday, there was too much noise in the neighborhood. A couple was fighting in another room of the hotel, it was very scary. I thought something was going to happen. It is very sad to see many homeless and addicts especially young people. I was very disappointed with the dimension of this social crisis. On a positive note, breakfast was really good.

The "maze" style of the Hotel was interesting and we thought it was neat. Really appreciated the continental breakfast as well as the hotel's location on St. Catherine St. Our one complaint would be that the kitchenette was so poorly equipped, it limited what we could purchase to cook a few dinners.

There was a bug in the bed, computer monitor for TV, stains on our beds, not a casino like it said, and also a continental breakfast that is just toast

Rooms smelled unpleasant , staff was short and cold at check in . Bed linen hadn't been changed had to request a change upon arrival- Hair was found in bed and linen looked unwashed. Very close to attractions but you get what you pay for, small rooms and OK service. Says "24hr" desk service however I my friends and multiple guests were stuck out at the door we could not be buzzed in

Not a good experience. front desk staff needs training how to deal with customers to make their stay more comfortable. No amenities for a $100/night single room. Plus Point: Central location with alot of dine in options and activities.

The bathroom smelled like rotten eggs especially the shower and I was therefore unable to use. The room needed a good vacuuming. There were too many stairs and no elevator. The area had expensive parking or no parking available. The area was sketchy. The terrace had no cover or ashtray but lots of garbage and an old toilet. Overall, I would not recommend. I will be thoroughly washing all my clothes and bags at home.

No parking, stairs were awkward, shared bathrooms for the floor, one was dirty the other was occupied. Running water sounds all night, everything creaks and makes noise. Not an area that I felt comfortable in.

Overall it’s a great, affordable option. Definitely gives much more of a hostel vibe but I didn’t mind as I often stay in hostels. Bed was quite firm but ok for the one night stay.

La rentrée est trop petite et sale , les escalier sont trop petits , on m’a donnés une chambre au 3 eme étage sans ascenseur que j’ai refusé à cause de mon état de santé et mes bagages, on m’as demandé de payer plus pour avoir une autre chambre dans 2 étages ,le service clientèle de expédia était pas à l’écoute , bref j’ai laissé faire et j’ai réservé un autre hôtel sur booking que j’utiliserais dans mes prochains voyage

It was fine for the price in downtown Montreal. Parking is off-site, and there are a lot of stairs, so be prepared for that. The walls are pretty thin, but there's heating, cooling, and a thermostat in the room. There was more to the free breakfast than I expected. I thought there would just be granola bars and coffee or something. There's quite a few toasters, white and brown bread, jam, butter, hazelnut spread, and peanut butter packets, some bananas and apples, coffee, hot chocolate packets, orange juice, cereal and milk. For a diy breakfast at a hotel, that's more than some hotel chains would offer.
