Located on the 1st floor (no lift) of a gîte, it comprises an attractive 33 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa, etc.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A 3×1m balcony
- A heated swimming pool (6×3m) shared with a second gîte, open from April to October with a security system.
- A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The flat is ideally located in Montreuil-Bellay, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
