Vi fick gratis uppgradering till Plaza hotell rämed samma ägare pga lågsäsong och fick jättemycket för pengarna. God enkel frukost och trevligt spa.

Utmärkt ⭐️
Vi bodde på Villa Toscane tre nätter och hade två rum till en familj på två vuxna och två tonårsbarn. Personalen var otroligt hjälpsam, glömde nyckelkortet på rummet och fick snabbt hjälp. Mysiga rum, bra med speglar och extra plus var att det fanns flera eluttag (adaptrar) som passade svensk standard. Reception och frukost på andra sidan vägen men det var inga problem samt att utsikten under frukosten var magisk.

Beware
Det fanns ingen reception på hotellet utan den var belägen tvärs över gatan i komplexet Royal Plaza. Frukost serverades där också till det hutlösa priset 30 CHF. Sängarna var stenhårda, till och med hårdare än vad de brukar vara i Spanien så sömnen blev därefter.

Jag och min syster övernattade en natt. Vi fick ett rum med dubbelsäng, men det fanns inget extra täcke/filt. Badrummet var litet. Rummet hade högt till tak vilket gjorde att det kändes luftigt och rymligt. Har sett finare hotell i Sverige med fyra stjärnor så skulle nog ge Villa Toscane tre. Huset är väldigt vackert och ser precis ut som en villa i Toscana.

Positivt överaskad
Vi följde med vår son som studerar i Montreux och vi tänkte stanna några dagar. Vi sökte efter "biliiga" hotell helst i centum och hittade då Hotell Toscane. Det verkade vara prisvärt och vi hade inga större krav på boendet, egentligen bara tak över huvudet 3-4 nätter. När vi öppnade dörren till rummet, blev vi positivt överaskade. Rummet var rejält stort med ett fint badrum med både badkar och dusch och en terass ut mot gatan. Vi upplvde inte trafiken särsklit störande. 10-15 minuters gångavstånd till centrumkärnan längs den härliga strandpromenaden. Det fanns ingen egentlig service på hotellet, utan detta fanns i ett stort hotell på andra sidan gatan. För oss var det inga problem. Hotellet var rent och fräscht, bra läge....och vi kan mycket väl tänka oss att bo där igen

A great place to stay in Montreux
Room was very spacious for 4 adults. Walkable distance to most tourist spots and bus stop is right across the street. Clean room and kind employees. Loved the stay here and the city!

Villa Toscane turned out to be a hotel across the street. Nothing like the pictures. Facing the street made it a noisy night, but hotel employees were attentive and breakfast was good.

Although the Royal Plaza Montreux manages the administrative and daily duties of the facility, I felt the process is well-run, even though we had to walk across the street in the pouring down rain. It was worth it!

This is not full service hotel, it is part of another big hotel. check in issues, we need to check in different hotel and get the key. Room issue, single rooms are small and dingy, is good for one person only. no cafe, we need to walk to get a coffee No ice, water, we need to buy bottles from vending machine suites are good and spacious. never book single room But his hotel is decently located

We loved the location, view, ease of access to bus, breakfast, and swimming pool. Staff was very friendly. We stayed two nights. Our room was advertised as having air conditioning, but the first night the AC was broken and they were unable to fix it or change our rooms. Given the cost to stay, we thought they might offer compensation (free breakfast) or small discount, but they did not. However, they did move us the second night to a room with AC, and then we were able to sleep well. Overall, we loved everything about this hotel except the broken AC.

La villa Toscane est un bâtiment d'époque joliment rénové avec des petites chambres très pratiques. Tous les services sont fournis par l'Hôtel Royal Plaza situé juste de l'autre côté de la route et au bord du lac Léman. Le restaurant avec sa terrasse est accessible pour le petit déjeûner des hôtes de la villa Toscane.
