“The staff was very friendly, check in/out was easy, and the hotel is very charming. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. We parked in the loading zone to check in, and then they pointed us to a condo parking garage nearby which had valet service and in/out. “If you stay at Hawthorn Terrace be prepared for doors slamming all hours of the night. Especially if you’re stuck on the floor. The staff closets and small breakfast room are there. Very annoying the way they stand out side the rooms talking and as I said slamming doors as they bring carts out. For the price there are way better experiences. I like to stay there because it’s close to my daughter’s house but next time will probably look into a different place. Just not worth the price.”
