Helt Àrligt kan jag sÀga att detta Àr ett fantastiskt litet hotell i gamla stan nÀra till mÄnga sevÀrdheter. 15 minuter med taxi frÄn busstationen. Underbar Àgare som var otroligt hjÀlpsam och trevlig. Hans engelska höll mycket hög nivÄ (och han talar givetvis Àven spanska perfekt). âWe had such a lovely 4 night stay at the beginning of our Uruguay trip that we returned for our last night in Montevideo, same room with rooftop terrace. Didnât try the hot tub. Breakfast is fantastic and all served in various antique china plates & cups in a beautiful breakfast room. We had tea & coffee served in the 1st floor library room filled with books ( some in English) and games. Staff very friendly, helpful and fluent in English. âStayed 2 nights and the location is great, right next to Tres Cruces bus terminal. Shopping and restaurants in the terminal, with a lot of places to reach easily by foot or taxi since it's in the middle of the city. They were renovating the hotel at the time of the visit (sept 2025) but didn't affect us since the stay was over the weekend. Oh and really nice view from the gym and the breakfast area.â

âThe hotel is located in the Old City. Close to Rambla and SarandĂ, pedestrian street and Ave 18 de Julio.
The staff was very helpful. The room was large with comfortable beds, kitchen area but only w kettle and fridge. Ask for a room with oceanview.
Not that many restaurants in the area. Mercado del Puerto, old port market building with many PARRILLAS, steak restaurants. Itâs a lively & colourful place but only open during .
Breakfast was nice and you can ask for eggs & omelet.

âThe rooms are a little run down but okay. The gym is okay, could use a fresh up with new machines, but they have a small track indoors and they have classes for different work outs.
The hotel is on a square thats is rather busy with bad people at night which makes it less nice to go out.
The restaurant on the top floor has excellent food with very nice staff.â
