"Loved the area and the studio apartment we rented. It faced a lively street but the doors were very sound proof so we weren’t bothered at all. We especially appreciated the beach umbrella we could use for free and the refrigerator with a small freeze compartment in the studio. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were really hard and high so woke up with a stiff neck every morning. The only thing we missed was a body length mirror. Would love to come back. "

"Nos alojamos en el Palacio de los Duques Gran Meliá y fue una experiencia muy agradable. La atmósfera del hotel es acogedora y elegante, con una hermosa combinación de encanto histórico y confort moderno. El personal fue muy amable y servicial desde el primer momento, y nos hizo sentir bienvenidos durante toda la estancia. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación y, al mencionarlo al personal, actuaron de manera rápida y profesional. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación sin ningún inconveniente. Eso marcó realmente la diferencia en nuestra experiencia. Las zonas comunes son tranquilas y bien cuidadas, perfectas para relajarse después de un día en Madrid. La ubicación también es excelente, cerca del Palacio Real y otros lugares de interés en los alrededores. Recomendamos este hotel a quienes buscan un alojamiento cómodo, con buen servicio, en un entorno tranquilo y sofisticado."
