“Breakfast was not the best. We stayed for three nights and they did not clean our room, we had to ask them to remove the trash. The housekeepers spoke no English and we had to communicate with them through our phone translator, which really didn’t help.When we got there, a lot of people were waiting to check in because the rooms were not ready. So we all had to wait. ”

“Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again.”

“We booked this hotel quite some time ago since the dates were extremely busy in Auburn and many hotels were fully booked even 6 months before arrival. I read the comments and they seemed OK. “Pretty new place. Great value for money. Comfy and clean rooms. Nice with some complimentary snacks during evening. Breakfast was nice but I never get used to the American cheap plastic plates, plastic everything. Investment in porcelain plates, cups, metal cutlery and real glasses. Reduces waste and gives a much nicer breakfast experience.”
