“The hotel is being remodeled, but it did not interfere with my stay. My room was clean, the staff was helpful, and my nights sleep was excellent. The breakfast the next morning was beter than expected at a hotel. I was unsure when I saw that there was some renovation going on when I stopped, but I am glad I did. I had a very nice stay and would gladly stop in again. Also, very reasonable price!”

“Beautiful place.
The biggest complaint i have is that I specifically paid extra for the king suite with jacuzzi soaking tub and it was just a plain tub. The pictures and descriptions need to be updated on all apps especially 3rd party apps.”

“Staff was excellent.
Didn’t like people off the street coming in to swim. We didn’t feel comfortable with some in the pool.
Hot tube was excellent.
I wouldn’t pit towels all over, keep on shelve. Didn’t know if someone was sitting there.
Room was excellent.”

“Because of a hotel’s system glitch that apparently happens after check-in, our reservation was not imported promptly, and the Superior King room we reserved was unavailable at arrival. We were downgraded to a standard double but charged for a supe king.
My son stayed the first night but we requested it be made right the next day or to refund us for the 2nd day so we could go elsewhere.
Manager refused to work with us. She was rude and unprofessional demanding I not speak when she wanted to...

“The room itself was clean. However the fixtures (dressers, counters, faucets, etc) looked and functioned like returns from Home Depot. The outside door lock was non-functional, so anyone could enter the hotel.”

“The receptionist gave us keys to a room that was already being occupied. The shade in our room wouldn't go down all the way. We had to stuff pillows in half of it so nobody could look in on us. We were there for 4 nights and got one packet of coffee and told we had to pay for the other 3 days of coffee or use the lobby coffee. In 20 years of traveling I never heard of that. Ran out of toilet. Was afraid to ask figuring we had to pay for that too. It's no wonder I've never booked at this hotel...
