Security Features:
For your peace of mind, The Nest on 35th is equipped with a Ring Video Doorbell and driveway and porch cameras for exterior monitoring only. These are in place for guest safety and property protection. The hot tub is within view of the porch camera for your safety. The cameras are only accessed if needed, and no notifications are turned on. There are no interior cameras anywhere in the home.

Please do not cover, block, or tamper with any of the cameras, as they are part of the home’s security system. We respect your privacy and want you to feel completely at home during your stay. However, we’re always just a message or call away if you need anything—from local recommendations to assistance with the home.

For longer stays, we may stop by to perform quick, routine maintenance such as mowing the lawn, watering the garden (seasonally around 5 PM), or checking on essentials. You’ll always receive advanced notice before any visits.
