“We have been coming to the community for 5 years now and this is our favorite house. The location is great, able to walk to the beach or jump right off the doc and swim over it’s so close. The house is in great condition and very well kept with all the essentials for our 2 week stay. Shawn is a great host and very responsive. We absolutely would recommend him as well as this house for any type of getaway up to the area!!! ”

While the rental was smaller than our last, we enjoyed the cozy feel and loved being closer to the pool—it made for such a relaxing and convenient week.We’re incredibly grateful that the owners allowed us to bring our three dogs, which made the trip even more special. “Such a wonderful trip to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday! We stayed in this house with 3 other families and there was plenty of space for all to sleep and cook/eat together. Kitchen had all the amenities, house was clean, and the deck was beautiful (with fire pit, table/chairs, and hot tub). Game room downstairs was great for kids of all ages!”
