“The room itself was good but we couldn’t get inside the casino (although we look well over 30 years old) because my husband didn’t have his physical identification at first so we went back to the room to get his actual ID, went back to the casino with it and security staff was VERY nasty and unprofessional. Furthermore, his feelings was hurt and he called the manager to not allow us inside the casino at all. So we reserved the entire weekend and couldn’t get the real feel of the property inside...

“The room was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff at the front desk (Jadda) was very helpful and friendly. I didn’t try the breakfast but I heard they were small and round which was fine. My husband brought me coffee and great danish and terrific blueberry muffin. We heard there would be a happy hour. That was a negative probably because it was a holiday. I will go there again. It’s centrally located in Bethlehem and was very affordable.”

“Pro’s and con’s with this hotel; key didn’t work when I got to room. The room was spacious and nice. Very nice bathroom. Truck depot st back was slightly disturning in early morning.. Side door did only work to go out, not to go in from parking lot. No supervised parking, but enough spaces. Good wifi. Fridge in room. The photos of lobby/restaurant make it seem lager than reality. Ashley in the restaurant is amazing! So much positive energy! The breakfast staff, quite the opposite.. not...

“The room was clean, staff were helpful and polite, enjoyed breakfast. However, I had requested an accessible room and it was not available upon check-in day. Fortunately staff provided one on the second day of my stay. Overall, my stay was pleasant. PS: It would be nice if hotel provided a shuttle to Wind Creek Casino Hotel.”

“Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...
