“What a beautifully restored Victorian (?) mansion! We spent 2 nights while visiting Bethlehem for our grandson’s Army commissioning at Lehigh University ‘s ROTC department. Our room, #12 was beautifully furnished with antiques and had a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable.with ample pillows. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit Bethlehem.”

“The spa was very beautiful and serene, loved the water features. My massage with Donna was thorough and relaxing. I would recommend taking a little extra time to enjoy all the amenities. The staff in the hotel and spa were absolutely fantastic and very helpful. This is a really interesting area with all of the old Bethlehem Steel buildings. Very cool.”

“I recently completed my second stay at your hotel, and it was once again a pleasure. The bed was top-notch, and the room was very spacious. Having a small kitchen made it feel like a small apartment; while there is no continental breakfast, the kitchen equipment made it easy to prepare my own meals. “We were in Bethlehem Pennsylvania for a graduation and stayed for four night at the Home2Suites. lOur room was comfortable and clean towels were refreshed as needed. The breakfast was OK, and convenient. The location was great and close to anything we needed. We’ll definitely stay here again.”

“I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable...

“The room was clean and smelled nice we stayed on the first floor near the gym and pool. There was still now chlorine smell or gym smell. The staff was super polite and helpful. They couldn’t be better. The WiFi function great. My only complaint is I paid for extra for a balcony and got the tiniest patio. I know it sounds stupid but they we they were advertised it made it seem like the were large and spacious but ours wasn’t.”

“Pro’s and con’s with this hotel; key didn’t work when I got to room. The room was spacious and nice. Very nice bathroom. Truck depot st back was slightly disturning in early morning.. Side door did only work to go out, not to go in from parking lot. No supervised parking, but enough spaces. Good wifi. Fridge in room. The photos of lobby/restaurant make it seem lager than reality. Ashley in the restaurant is amazing! So much positive energy! The breakfast staff, quite the opposite.. not...

“Everything was exceptional except the rugs honestly it was real dirty and some little things like the lamps but that didn’t bother me the carpets did. Definitely needs a deep cleaning, wore new white socks and it was dirty within 5 minutes. Other than that I have no complaints the staffs were very helpful and nice.”

“1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2.
