Cozy house in a perfect location as it is both centrally located and close to the sea. Great for families or groups who appreciate walking distance to both the center and the sea. In the house's charming open kitchen there is an old wood stove as a nice interior detail. There is a stove with oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and all kitchen equipment needed for six people. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large, bright living room with dining area and two armchairs. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower & WC. In the cozy living room you will find a lovely wood burning stove, sofa, armchair and a TV. Out in the nice annex there is a room with a double bed. There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a room with two single beds that is best suited for children. This room also has a small fridge-freezer and a two-plate worktop. Lovely plot with large lawn for play and games, outdoor furniture and barbecue are on the terrace. Here you can enjoy the sun both morning and evening. From here you can easily reach many of Öland's sights and places that are well worth a visit. Södra Öland has a rich range of art and culture and many artists and craftsmen have opened up their studios for visits and shopping. On southern Öland you will also find several ancient castles where the nearby Eketorp castle is the best preserved and where you will find exciting activities for all ages for large parts of the year. There are also dense golf courses here and here in the southern part is Grönhögen golf and a few miles north also Saxnäs golf. If you head north, you also have the well-known Böda sand or Byerum with its rauks on the beach and much more. Also take the opportunity to take a trip across the bridge to historic Kalmar with its Renaissance castle and medieval city center. At the bridge attachment you will also find Öland's animal and amusement park, which is well worth a visit with its water park. Welcome to this lovely cottage on beautiful Öland!
