Observera: Konstruktion pågår för närvarande vid flera byggnader i Southwinds-komplexet på grund av skador från orkanen Florens 2018. Vår byggnad är godkänd för beläggning, men en del arbete börjar senare i höst eller vinter. Vi kommer att ha cirka 1 månaders varsel om reparationer. Southwinds E-5 är bekvämt beläget på första våningen och har utsikt över havet och ljudet. Perfekt för familjer eller en romantisk resa bort för två! Med en pool precis utanför din dörr är denna enhet perfekt för barn! En kort promenad till stranden. Helt renoverad. Obefläckat tillstånd. 2 sovrum, 2 fulla stora badrum. 1 drottning, 1 hel, 2 två våningssängar. Komplett kök: mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin, öppen spis i glas, kylskåp, ny tvättmaskin / torktumlare. Gratis höghastighets WiFi. 40 "HD-TV, Blu-Ray-spelare och Roku i vardagsrummet. HD-TV och Roku i sovrummet. Southwinds är ett familjevänligt bostadsrätt med två pooler, grillar och ytterligare tvättmöjligheter på plats. Det är en kort bilresa eller en kort promenad ner till stranden för att komma till Fort Macon State Park. Ingen rökning och inga husdjur! Southwinds tillåter inte trailers eller båtar att parkera här. Inkluderar sängkläder, badhanddukar och städning. Familjevänligt och bra för barn på sommaren. Under våren / hösten och axlarveckorna, perfekt för romantiska resor och långsam avkoppling.

Both myself and my sister were able to book with Michael, he has 2 units and it was perfect for us to have our own space and routine but be able to do all the things we wanted to do together. There was space for everything we needed. Plenty of beds! We were over looking the pool and just a quick walk through the parking lot to the beach access! This was the perfect location and had everything our kids love about beach vacations.

Just had a besties weekend with a very dear friend. The 2 bed, 2 bath unit was very comfortable, and the perfect size for us. Our host was attentive without being intrusive. We spent three days on the beach and had a wonderful time. My only negative was the 17 steps up to the first floor where we were staying. Trying to carry anything up those stairs was a challenge. We are both in our mid-60’s. Whew!

Wonderful Condo!

This was a wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean, well stocked, convenient to the beach and 2 pools. Communication on behalf of host was excellent. Checkin process was clear and easy. Our family was very comfortable and the space was well organized. Will look to stay again in the future.

Perfect for young children!

Our third year spent at Michael’s place was just as good as always! Rare to find rentals where you don’t have to rewash dishes before using and can feel confident in the cleanliness of the sheets. Bunk beds are a favorite and the other condo owners are lovely!

Family vacation

This was the perfect place for our little family vacation. Beach access and pool access was a short walk away. Short drive to just about anywhere you want to go for food and entertainment. Communication with the owner was great! The guards and neighbors were super nice. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only thing I brought from home was my crock pot and waffle iron. It was awesome having the washer and dryer in the unit. The teenage kids complained a bit about the wifi, but even that worked out for the best. It got them off their phones! I would absolutely recommend this place. Thank you for the memories!

Best beach trip ever!

Location was perfect! 5 minutes or less to Ft Macon trails. Wonderful pools, beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed Beaufort, beach walks, yummy seafood. It was perfect in every way.
