I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered a serious cockroach infestation in my room — not just one or two, but multiple roaches crawling on the floor and even on the beds. I have several videos documenting this issue, as it was truly shocking and unacceptable.
I immediately reported the problem to the General Manager via WhatsApp and even sent the video evidence, expecting a call or at least some kind of response. Unfortunately, no one from the hotel ever followed up with me. The complete lack of communication and accountability made the situation even worse.
This experience was distressing for my family and me. We had been looking forward to a relaxing stay, but the unsanitary conditions made it impossible to feel comfortable. It was both unpleasant and disappointing, especially considering the hotel’s reputation and price point.
I will not be returning to this property, and I strongly urge management to take this issue seriously and address the hygiene and communication problems immediately.
