    Main Home – Enjoy the comfort and privacy of the main house, accessible via a private entrance with key access. Please note, access is via outdoor steps and is not ADA accessible.

    Parking – You'll have dedicated driveway parking for up to 6+ vehicles, ensuring plenty of space for your group.

    Private Outdoor Patio – Relax and unwind on the private patio, complete with seating designed for comfort and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

    External Side Structure – The side structure is not accessible to guests and is not part of the guest area.

    To ensure everyone enjoys their stay and respects the property, please stick to the spaces mentioned above. We want you to feel completely at ease during your visit.

    Damage or Breakage – We understand accidents happen. However, guests will be responsible for any damages or broken items during their stay. Additional fees may apply for replacements or repairs.

    • The property may only be occupied by the number of guests confirmed in the reservation or authorized event agreement.
    • Each unapproved guest will be charged $100 per person, per night/day.
    • Surpassing the approved occupancy limit may result in immediate removal from the property without refund.

    Access Limitations:

    • The rental includes the main residence only. The secondary structure and additional garage areas are excluded unless written approval is provided.

    Arrival & Departure:

    • Early arrival and late departure are available based on scheduling availability.
    • A charge of $150 per hour applies.
