This is by far the worst ever experience l've had a hotel absolutely ridiculous theres no reason it should take an hour and a half to check in. Just for my keys to not work twice!!
Then the new room l've given the door handle falls off just turning the knob. When you go to open your room door the whole handle should NOT come completely off!!!!
It took another hourrrr just to get the door to open. It was fixed with scotch tape... luckily we didn't get stuck inside the room because of it. Once we walked in the light went out and no replacements we given.
Not to mention we specifically ordered a room with a fridge and microwave you know a suite and got stuck with one without which was an extra cost... and our dinner was cold by the time we got into the room then realized no microwave to be seen. Actually ridiculous l've stayed here multiple times and it has never been this bad. I do expect a full refund this was actually unacceptable from when we were checking in to just getting in the room we had issues.
