The cabin is located in the beautiful My Mountain neighborhood. Please mind the speed limit and drive carefully, being mindful of deer and other vehicles.
AN ALL-WHEEL DRIVE VEHICLE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IN THE COLDER/SNOWY MONTHS.
The only parts of the cabin that are off limits are the locked closets in the basement. The rest of the cabin is yours to use :)
Guests will access the cabin through the front door using a keypad lock. Guests receive their unique code one hour prior to check-in.

Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport is ≈2 hr away
Uber and Lyft do service the area but wait times can be longer and pricing may be higher than in larger cities, especially during busy hours. Having a car is the most convenient way to get around.
☆☆ House Rules ☆☆
-We require guests to complete the pre-arrival form and sign the rental conditions form along with uploading a photo of a government photo ID. All guests must be registered in the pre-arrival form.
-No illegal substances of any kind allowed on the premises.
-No smoking allowed indoors, including vaping and e-cigarettes. Any smoke damage will result in additional fees up to $5,000.00. Any cigarette butts found on the property (including outside) will result in a fine of $100.00.
-No pets allowed. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees up to $1,000.00 per animal.
-Please respect check-in and check-out times. For every 30 minutes a guest arrives early/departs late, a $50 fee will be assigned to the guest.
-Do not attempt to drive your car to the basement level. Please park your vehicle(s) in the driveway only.
-No parties allowed.
-No unregistered guests allowed.
-Do not flush anything down the toilet other than toilet tissue, even if it’s labeled flushable due to the cabin is on a septic system & cannot accommodate items such as baby wipes, feminine hygiene products, etc.
-No candles allowed.
-Noise travels on the mountain so please be mindful of noise during the night.
-Please refrain from rearranging any furniture
-Please take care of the furnishings. We understand that accidents happen but you MUST INFORM US IMMEDIATELY. If the cleaning team finds damages we were not made aware of during your stay, you will be responsible for damages.
-Do not use glass around or in hot tub.
-Supervise children around and in the hot tub and around the grill and fire pit AT ALL TIMES.
-Guests must be 21 years or older to book.
For your safety, this property is equipped with a Ring camera with audio at the exterior part of the house and will be actively recording the following areas during your reservation: exterior front door.
