    För en minnesvärd semester i bergen med vänner och familj i Blue Ridge, Georgia, är Mama Bear's Hideaway den perfekta husstugan där husdjur är välkomna. Bottenvåningen har en öppen planlösning, där matplatsen och det fullt utrustade köket ligger bara några fot ifrån varandra, vilket gör att alla kan samlas och umgås. Gå ut på altanerna och njut av lugnet, den friska luften, utsikten över de trädbevuxna landskapen och bergen i fjärran. Tänd gasgrillen för en grillfest i bergen och rosta sedan marshmallows runt eldstaden. Ännu bättre: koppla av i den avslappnande bubbelpoolen med vattenstrålar!

    För mer underhållning under din semester i Blue Ridge kan du titta på filmer på storbilds-TV:n, välja bland 3 000 arkadspel på Multicade, spela vänskapsmatcher på darttavlan eller ställa upp cornhole-brädorna utomhus. Wi-Fi är gratis, så surfa gärna på nätet när du vill. We had a family of 7 and this was perfect for us! It was so fun to come home after a long day and get in the hot tub. Very nice to have the washer and dryer to clean our towels and bathing suits from swimming that day. It was only 15 minutes from Walmart. Check out was easy. They were so accommodating and we will definitely be back.

First of all finding the place took a bit-there should be a sign for the road that points you up to the cabin-thankfully my son finally fund it for us. The beds were awful-rock hard, linens smelt dingy had to wash them, the dishwasher didn't work, the game machine didn't work, corn hole board was broken, darts were broken, no mountain view too many trees. Disappointed.

We had a great visit, the cabin has everything you need and is very comfortable. The location is perfect for visiting Blue Ridge and Blairsville. Will be booking again!

Cute house and property

Nice place to settle in and enjoy time with friends. A little bit of a drive to explore the areas around, however, also out of the hustle of the tourist areas to allow some good quiet downtime.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

Our four day stay at Mama Bear’s Cabin was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and at night enjoyed the fire pit. The cabin was very nice and well stocked.

Great rustic cabin with plenty of activities

Spring break with grandkids

Very nice cabin with lots of room. Location was a close distance to many places, we went to Vogel state park, Brasstown Bald, swinging Bridge, Neels Gap. There were several Dig parks in Blairsville. Hot tub was great. The TVs are smart TVs so learn how to use them or you will get aggravated lol. Overall a great place

Nice but not great for a large group in rainy weather

While the cabin is nice, we had difficulty finding places to sit comfortably as a family of five. We had rain so the outdoor spaces were not as appealing. The den area has seating for 4 plus the kitchen table,which is nice for eating and playing games but less comfortable for watching tv or visiting. The same is true of the “play room” downstairs.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues that impacted our visit. The front door and the upstairs porch door were both very difficult to close and lock. Especially challenging for me as I currently have a broken wrist. This made it not only frustrating but also concerning from a safety standpoint. The front door handle was also extremely loose when entering the home.Additionally, there were water leaks in two separate bedrooms, which was disappointing and inconvenient. One of the upstairs beds for the kids was also uneven and noticeably tilted toward the wall, causing your head to be lower than your feet/legs, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on.We did reach out to the owners to make them aware, but their response felt dismissive and the concerns were not addressed during our stay.The property itself has potential, but these issues and the lack of urgency in resolving them made the experience less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Constructive suggestions

Creaking floors and thin walls made sleeping difficult between upstairs and downstairs occupants. Difficult spending time together in living space. Yet sleeping 4 bedrooms was nice to have. Could use newer fry pans, moe than 1 set of towels per bathroom for over 3-4 day stay. Refrigerator missing bottom shelf which limits storage. Leave on outdoor lighting should be left assuming later arrival. Very narrow, steep gravel road, poor signage especially after dark. As rental owner these suggestions are made to be constructive.

Loved this property and all the thoughtful supplies, and cute decorations Our family loved the views, hot tub, cornhole game and decks best. Very clean and in terrific shape.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the coziest of stays in this cabin! All the amenities of home plus extras! I swear this cabin had the best view of the mountains no matter the time of year! Gazing at the scenery as we were sitting in the jacuzzi while watching snow fall.. icing on the cake! The rental office girls and the owner of the cabin are exceptional to work with! I made a blunder with calendar dates and they did the best to accommodate us without making me feel worse than I already did. Professional and kind. Did I mention pet friendly! We will definitely be booking again for another cabin getaway!
