Surrounded by the Biolley woods and immersed in nature, the property enjoys a strategic location: supermarkets, restaurants, and all main services are just a few minutes’ drive away. Courmayeur, with its renowned ski slopes and charming historic center, is only 15 minutes away, while the famous Pré-Saint-Didier thermal baths are just 10 minutes from the chalet.

In winter, you can choose between alpine skiing and the beautiful cross-country trails of Valdigne, set in stunning scenery.
