This newly built, detached chalet has been superbly designed, offering a perfect blend of modern elegance and rustic antique wood. The owners’ attention to detail and design sensibility are evident in every corner; the curve of the staircase, the impressive high ceilings of the magnificent open-plan living-dining area, which features a round wood-burning stove and luxury reclining sofas; high-quality linens and decorative fabrics, pieces of contemporary and antique art, and individually styled bedrooms. And for a touch of luxury, the chalet is equipped with geothermal underfloor heating with a reverse heating/cooling system, a ventilation filtration system, and a 4-person sauna, with extra towels provided for all guests. A small selection of bathrobes and slippers is also provided.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the chalet, and thanks to the PTV projector, you can watch all your favorite movies. A wireless Bluetooth sound system allows you to listen to music on the two upper floors, and an additional sound system is installed in the two bedrooms and multipurpose room on the first floor of the chalet.

The chalet’s outdoor area features terraced gardens on one side and a large, flat lawn at the back. Enjoy the sunny, south-facing terrace, furnished with a sofa, hammock, and a garden table. A second south-facing balcony is located on the upper floor of the chalet. The chalet also features a secure garage with space for one car, a carport, and off-street parking for 2–3 cars in the driveway. There is a large ski storage room with boot warmers, glove warmers, and helmet warmers.

A private 9x4m heated pool is at your disposal (available from May through October) in the chalet’s garden.

The superbly equipped kitchen will delight any chef. It features a central island with a 4-burner induction cooktop and built-in range hood, a beautiful small carved wooden bar with three bar stools, an additional wall-mounted countertop with a single sink, a side-by-side refrigerator-freezer, two dishwashers, a standard-size electric oven with a steam function, and a separate multifunction steam oven. It’s also equipped with a De Longhi coffee maker with a built-in coffee grinder, a rice cooker, a pressure cooker, two fondue sets, and a traditional raclette machine. You’ll find a wide selection of dishes, glassware, and utensils, as well as plenty of storage space for groceries.

The upper floor of the chalet is ideal for a family seeking privacy. It features a large master bedroom with its own south-facing balcony and an en-suite bathroom with a whirlpool tub, shower, and toilet. There’s also a second double bedroom and a second stunning living room. Settle into the enormous corner sofa (which can serve as a double sleeper sofa for added flexibility) and enjoy a movie thanks to the PTV screen projector. Multiple apps, including Netflix, are pre-installed so you can watch your favorite movies and TV shows on the big screen—the images are projected in high quality onto the clean, white wall.

Chalet Sole Mio is the ideal chalet for large groups of family and/or friends. Featuring 5–6 well-appointed bedrooms, the chalet actually offers a total of 7 separate sleeping areas. In addition to the 5 or 6 individually styled bedrooms, there is a large sofa bed upstairs and an additional double futon on the first floor. Please note: For your comfort, we recommend that larger groups include a maximum of 12 adults.
