“It is a quirky place. Looks very plain from the front but was a lovely place to stay. Great service from arrival to departure. Food was superb. After checking out we were on our way to Sunderland when we realised we hadn't tipped the staff so, we turned back and did so. That's how good it was. Will definitely return.”

“Perfekt läge efter motorvägen, lätt att hitta! Bra gym. Rent rum och bra frukost. Spa avdelningen var ett kaos av barn så det hade varit bättre att kalla det hotell med pool för barnfamiljer än hotell med spa som för oss är ett lugnt och avslappnande ställe.”

“The property is an 18th century coach house so don’t expect brand new anything, that being said the place is full of character, but the most important part of this inn are the excellent staff, mostly Maureen (Mo) and Gracie. They were superbly professional yet warm and welcoming and made our 2 day stay a pleasure. The food was excellent (well done Becca) with a great choice. The room was spotless and clean as was the bathroom, would definitely go back and probably will. Well done all.”
