Our holiday home is a traditional terraced property that has been beautifully updated to combine classic Northumberland charm with modern, relaxed comfort. It’s designed to be a stress-free sanctuary where families, groups of friends, and pets can spread out and feel completely at home.



Living, Dining & Kitchen:



Cosy Lounge: Features comfortable seating for the whole group—ideal for collapsing into after a windy coastal walk or a day exploring nearby castles.



Smart Entertainment: A Smart TV with streaming capabilities so you can log into your Netflix or BBC iPlayer accounts for movie nights.



Dining Space: A dedicated dining table perfect for gathering over a hearty breakfast or enjoying fresh local seafood bought down at the harbour.



Fully Equipped Kitchen: Includes a modern oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, and all the essential cookware, utensils, and crockery you’ll need for easy self-catering.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:



Bedroom 1: A spacious, bright room with a comfortable double bed and clothes storage.



Bedroom 2: A cosy, inviting room perfect for couples or adults, featuring a second double bed and clothes storage.



Bedroom 3: Complete with a triple bunk bed (ideal for children or teenagers) to comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests total across the home.



Family Bathroom: A clean, modern bathroom with a great shower to wash off the beach sand.



Parking & Logistics:



Free On-Street Parking: Parking is available directly on the street right outside the front door. There are no permits, fees, or time restrictions required, which is a fantastic bonus! Because Amble is a highly popular coastal destination, the street can get quite busy during the peak summer holiday season, so spaces cannot be guaranteed. We kindly ask that you park considerately to ensure there is room for everyone, including our lovely neighbours.



Accessibility Note: As a traditional multi-story home, the bedrooms and main bathroom are accessed via a standard staircase. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has limited mobility.



Guests have exclusive use of the whole home, giving you complete privacy during your stay.



We respect your privacy and aim to let you enjoy your stay uninterrupted, but we’re always available if you need us. You can contact us easily via Airbnb messages or by phone at any time.



Check-in is usually self-service using the secure lockbox at the property. Depending on your arrival time, our housekeeper may also be there to welcome you.



Pet Policy: We are proudly dog-friendly! We welcome well-behaved dogs to join you on your holiday for an additional fee. We kindly ask that four-legged guests stay off the beds and soft furnishings, and are not left unattended in the property. Please bring your own dog bedding and bowls.



Family Amenities: Travelling with little ones? We can supply a travel cot and/or a high chair for your stay for an additional fee. Please request these at the time of booking so we can have them arranged for your arrival.



Flexible Check-in/out: Standard check-in and check-out times apply, but we know travel plans change! Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability (depending on our cleaning schedule) and carry an additional fee. Please drop us a message closer to your stay if you would like to request this.



Bin Collections: Bins should be left out in the back lane for collection. If a collection day falls during your stay, don't worry—you will receive a reminder email letting you know exactly when and what to do.



Linens & Towels: High-quality bed linen and bath towels are fully provided. We just ask that you please bring your own dedicated beach towels for days out on the coast!



Wi-Fi & Quiet Hours: Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout. Our home is in a peaceful residential row; to respect our wonderful neighbors, we observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



Strict House Rules: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. We also have a firm no-parties or events policy to keep the neighborhood happy.
