Beautiful and Cozy House Surrounded by Nature

Great house with three bedrooms, plenty of internal and external space and an excellent fully equipped kitchen. Located in a very safe, reserved and peaceful location in Morretes, amid lush nature and close to beautiful rivers, the house is ideal for families looking for security and serene leisure away from the city. On the property there are trails, space for a fire pit, kiosk, bicycles for rent and a small grocery store with natural foods and other basic items.

The space

The house consists of two garages in the external area, with a hook for a hammock (the hammock is included), as well as a space in the back with a clothesline.

In the internal area, the house has a living and dining room, sofas and table for 6 people, a toilet, bathroom with great shower, large and fully equipped kitchen, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine.

There are three bedrooms in total, two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with two bunk beds. In the first double bedroom, there are two rustic bedside tables, a chest of drawers with books and a mirror, while in the second there are bedside tables, an open closet and a clothes rack. In the room with bunk beds there is a shoe rack and an open closet with a box of Legos.

Face and bath towels, bedding sets and blankets are provided, as well as basic hygiene items such as soap and toilet paper. In the kitchen, salt and cooking oil are provided, as well as various utensils such as a blender, sandwich maker, pans, plates and cutlery, etc.

At the farm there is a small sale with natural and healthy products, as well as personal hygiene items.

Guest access

In addition to the internal and external space of the house, guests will be able to use the common area of the kiosk and patio, as well as access the trails within the property. There is also a small store at the farm with natural and healthy products where guests can shop and pay directly at PIX. Next to the barn there is a bike rack with bikes available to rent.

Other observations

The space is located in a rural area, 5km from the center of Morretes. The section is currently undergoing paving work.

We have a small barn on the farm in which we ONLY sell vegetarian, natural, healthy products with little or no sugar.

Next to the farm there are two rivers: the Iporanga River is a 5-minute walk away and the Marumbi River is a 25-minute walk away. Both are great for bathing.
