Property was perfect for our family of six! Unit was very clean with useful amenities, location was perfect for quick outings beyond Morro Bay like Pismo Beach and downtown San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed the hot tub which is perfectly sized for 2 people. Robyn was a communicative host. Would stay again if visiting the area in the future.

Beautiful and comfortable home. Very clean and cozy for our little family of three. We enjoyed the hottub, the fireplace, the view, the kitchen space, and truly can't wait to visit again! if you enjoy a nice quiet vacation in a friendly and sleepy neighborhood in morro bay, this is the place for you. Robyn was very responsive to all of our questions!

This beautiful house made our quick 2 night getaway very enjoyable. Very clean very convenient to the beach. Unfortunately we didn't have more nights here. Very clean and comfortable. Would definitely come back again & stay a little longer. Highly recommended. Our host wast responsive within minutes.

We enjoyed our stay and the house had all the amenities as stated including the hot tub. The befroomd upstairs were fine however third bedroom (downstairs) is not really designed as a private space. The garage door exits there and the only way to get to the hot tub is through that room. There are stairs from the garage and to enter the house so I don’t recommend for anyone who is unsteady.

This home is lovely. Nicely remodeled and decorated, extremely clean, and very well stocked with everything you need including beach chairs! The view is spectacular of Morro Rock, the beach and there is shopping near by.

We have stayed at so many rental properties over the years and Robyn’s was by far the best equipped property we have ever visited. The home is extremely clean and in a great location. Beds and bedding are comfortable and there was good water pressure in the showers. The view of Morro Rock is beautiful and the hot tub was nice to relax in. There are a lot of glass fixtures and walls in the house. My children are teenagers so they were fine…but I might not bring very young children to this property. Overall a wonderful property that we would love to visit again. Robyn is a very responsive and accommodating host! Thank you!

We stayed from Thursday, March 12-Sunday March 15. The house is beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked. Our group consisted of 5 senior ladies who appreciated all that the house offers.

We were happy with the property overall. Somehow in the description I missed all the stairs and 4 people in their 70's had some difficulty with the ones in the garage. The bedrooms were very nice and comfortable but the living room furniture, we'll, not so much. When you sat on the ancient couch, your knees were level with your eyes, which made getting up quite difficult. And the view wasn't quite what we expected. Yes, we could see the rock if you looked past all the wires and smokestacks.The kitchen was lovely, the bathrooms were great. It all worked out just fine.Thank you, Robyn.
