“It was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need. The kitchen was better equipped than my own. And we were left a welcome pack including milk, muffins, bakewell tarts and a bottle of preseco. The views were amazing ”

“Have been to Woolacombe many times and this was the best property we have stayed in. Comfy bed, good quality furnishings and great location within the village Only thing I was say is we used the washing machine and then couldn’t find a clothes dryer …. Maybe it’s there somewhere but we couldn’t find one ”

“The cottage was very tired. Furniture uncomfortable and quite dirty. Shower room floor needed a good clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. Cottage lacked in some utensils including no wardrobe. Very disappointed J. DAWSON”

“This is a nice property that's had love and care poured into restoring it. The property is however over-marketed (and over-priced) in our opinion. Expedia market as a 'cottage' and the pin shows a central Woolacombe location. Its actually in a holiday/residential park above Woolacombe. The park its in has a run down feel to it and the first impression was of deep disappointment. Once you've moved in then its a lovely property on the inside. The garden is communal - there is no division...
