âThis was a real treat for us, it is one of those hotels that you stay in and eat at for a real treat. Everything from the decor to the grounds were impeccable, and the food.......why is it only a Michelin 1 star restaurant, one of the best meals that I have eaten.â

âIts a lovely family run hotel, the owner has excellant customer service skills and all of the staff make the effort to make you feel like a valued customer. Yes aspects of the rooms could do with a refresh butit is easy to overlook that. The food was very good and good value for money. It was my wife's birthday whilst we were there and when the owner realised they arranged for her dessert to be brought out with an candle in it and Happy Birthday written in chocolate!â
âLovely old house, very comfy with nice sized rooms, the home cooked food I had on my first night was excellent. Nice hosts who attend to what's needed but also leave you be so you feel you have privacy and solitude. Nice location for getting into Le Dorat. â
