“clean room and fast service ”

“The room was absolutely disgusting, no tv remote, phone was broken, when i asked Receptionist fir a tv remote she was to busy on her phone to even notice me then i asked the house cleaners if they had a tv remote no one spoke English? Then one guy that cleans yells at me what room are you in so i said it's ok it didn't matter so he yells again and i replied its fine i dont want a tv remote as i didn't like his attitude and as i stroed into the elevator he says fuch of then?...

“They had a water supply problem from Fri until Monday - no showers, couldn't flush the toilet..did a poor job of communicating any updates..did not assist in trying to find alternate lodging, or offering compendation.”

“Shuttle was a plus for the airport ”

“The first room that we had which was 411 was not properly clean because unclean counter top and pet hair window cushion by the window. Then we were transferred to room 417 and it was clean on the outside, hehowever when we opened up the cabinet, there was still empty carton of beer under the sink area. Along with a heavy smell of marijuana that fill the whole room. It just lets me know that the housekeepers did not clean in either rooms do thier job. there was no desginated place for smokers....

“Beds were very comfortable. Had a nice hot shower. Just stayed one night to sleep as we were passing through and it was perfect. Thank you!”

“The lobby, hallways and our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The hotel had no solution for this nor did they offer to change our room. Beds were okay but bathroom had hair on the sink and hair on our towels.”

“This particular property is excellent. A great location near the airport, Restaurants and Center City Philadelphia. ”
