Petit Pleney, hosted by More Mountain is a luxury self catered 55m2 apartment features an outdoor hot tub on a large private balcony terrace from where you can sit and watch your friends or family ski into the apartment building!

It is only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Morzine and is a compact and stylish 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which sleeps 4 people very comfortably and benefits from modern open plan living and dining. A perfect getaway for small families or two couples.

We don’t do keys under the doormat! Hosted by More Mountain, our concierge team will liaise with you before arrival and personally meet you at the apartment to welcome you, show you around, and remain available throughout your stay for any assistance or advice you may need.

Apartment Petit Pleney is just off Pleney's Piste B and less than a ten minute walk to Morzine's town centre. In the same development as our other Pleney apartments, these are great for larger groups that want to stay close to each other. Pleney Piste B runs just behind the apartment – you can sit on the balcony and actually watch your friends or family hop off and ski in to the apartment building. It is approximately 5 minutes walk into the centre of Morzine, only 700 m from the Pleney Telecabine.



You will have access to the whole apartment, your own private boot room with boot dryers, as well as a large secure garage for storing bikes.

Apartment Petit Pleney is located 400 meters from the Pleney Telecabine and you can ski back to the apartment from Piste B on the Morzine Pleney ski slope. Only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Morzine, the apartment is located on the 1st floor in building A (of a 2 building complex) with lift access. The building is set off the main road up a sloped driveway and the terrace has views of the Pleney slopes.

For bigger groups, Apartments Pleney, Pleney II, Pleney III and Petit Pleney are all located in the same development and subsequently work well in combination with each other for larger groups. You can literally wave at each other from the balconies!

LAYOUT (55sq. metres)

Bright open plan lounge area with 2 sofas, wall mounted flatscreen TV, Games Console, Apple TV, and Free Wifi. Plenty of space for 4 people with storage throughout. We have UK and French TV channels, a Bose Sound Dock, and Apple TV.

The kitchen diner comes fully equipped with granite work surfaces and stainless steel appliances. There is a dishwasher, separate washing machine & tumble dryer, integrated fridge freezer, and oven with electric induction hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The dining space has seating for up to 4 people around a rectangular oak dining table.

There are 2 lovely bedrooms, featuring Ottoman beds with plenty of storage beneath and built in wardrobes. The smaller bedroom has no window, however, full sized beds and is great for kids or teenagers.
