Het appartement was perfect. Alles wat je nodig hebt en ruim genoeg. Enkel de bank is wel echt aan vervanging toe.

Handy for the slopes, good space for 6.

A well equipped apartment in a very convenient location for access to the slopes at the haute forts end of the village. Easy access to the lifts that cross town also.A nice lay out in the property; living area downstairs and bedrooms above. We fitted in to it comfortably as a group of 6.We came at the end of the winter season, so there was some wear and tear to small elements of the apartment, which we let the agency know about (helpfully located just a couple of roads away).

Bien placé dans la station pour l'accès aux pistes en revanche appartement bruyant lié au passage des ratracks à proximité.Il nest pas mentionné que les chambres sont à l'étage avec un acces par escalier etroit.Piece à vivre agreable.Equipement satisfaisant.

Emplacement idéal pour skieurs

Appartement très bien situé, en face des remontées du stade et du lac intrêt. Espace bien optimisé pour 2 familles avec des adolescents. Lits confortables, cuisine bien équipée. Ménage correct mais sans plus. Ventilation à revoir dans les chambres : beaucoup de condensation.

Très bel appartement, très agréable. Situation idéale pour nous sur Avoriaz. Très peu bruyant. Très bien équipé (machine à laver, lave vaisselle, deux salles de bains, bcp de vaisselles, appareil à raclette et à fondue,..)Petit bémol : problème Abritel? Nous n’avions pas d’informations sur notre arrivée mais nous avons récupéré le numéro du gérant et plus aucun problème après! Attention serviettes de toilettes non comprises.

Good location. Poor management.

This is our third year at the property. This year the management company was different. The check in was a pain as we were given a number but that number is not in use during check in day and instead a voice recording and new number in french. The chalet was not as clean as in previous year. Floors not clean under sofa. Bathroom floor not clean. We have always had towels before. With change in management this was a change and no towels. Website had been updated to say no towels but they had not flagged to us which would have been good. There was a new fridge which did not have freezer compartment. Again it would have been useful to know. Very slow communication with management company. They could never communicate amongst themselves. They constantly had our check in date wrong. They asked for a meeting on check out day we explained we would be leaving early and we agreed to post let through letterbox. Next day another person rang to ask all the same questions. The bath leaked and very slow communication between management company and owner. By the time plumber could attend it was nearly the end of our stay. It was a 5 week stay with no bath. We especially chose the place as had a bath so easier for the children. For all these reasons it now does not meet our needs so we will not return next year.

très bon séjour à Avoriaz

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Mickaël nous a très bien accueillis malgré une journée très chargée pour les conciergeries. La pièce de vie de l'appartement est très agréable, lumineuse et assez spacieuse. Les chambres sont petites. Le canapé lit est bien pour une personne, pour deux il doit être moins confortable. La vue n'est pas celle sur les pistes mais orientée vers la falaise. L'accès est facile. Bref excellent séjour, appartement idéal pour les groupes, nous recommandons...

Très décevant

Prestations très décevantes à commencer par le ménage qui est inexistant avec des moutons et poussières dans tout l’appartement, des ongles coupés sur le buffet, des boules quies retrouvées sous le lit avec des mouchoirs sales, évacuation de l’eau dans la SDB bouchées par des cheveux….. Alors que la prestation du ménage est facturée 250 euros !!! Certes l’appartement peut accueillir 9 couchages mais l’équipement reste limité avec très peu de rangements… Prévoir d’amener des multiprises car il faut débrancher le grille pain pour brancher le micro-onde par exemple (valable pour plusieurs appareils) Pas de pression dans les douches où baignoire, lave vaisselle mal fixé au sol, la fonction sèche linge ne marche pas, boutons du four défectueux….. Par contre l’emplacement est idéal car au pied des pistes. Bref compte tenu du prix nous sommes en droit d’attendre d’autres prestations que celles-ci. Très décevant !!! A fuir…..

Home from home for kids

Property has everything you need- proper oven (rare for the mountains), washing machine, Wi-fi. We had 4 people stay and there was plenty of room. We liked the bedroom with no window as good for the children! Location is good and a short walk up from prodains bubble. We found it accessible from the top off the road or the bottom via the lift. We could do both on skis but it was more of a pole in/out than a ski in/out. It is a ten minute walk in to town. It was lovely to see the horses going past the window. There was one sledge and we have left another there too. There were children’s toys and books which were appreciated and we have added to the collection too! Plenty of storage, plenty of hot water, heating worked great. Check in process with ANS was a bit painful and lack of communication and timings. Not enough linen provided at first. Thanks so much. We will come again.

Appartement bien situé pour skier mais pas très pratique pour accéder au centre avec des petits car en contre bas de la station. Ménage moyen, poussière sous les lits et dans les coins. Pas beaucoup de pression pour se laver et souvent avec de l’eau plus que tiède. Appartement bien agencé, et bien équipé.

Bon sejour

L’appartement est bien situé dans la résidence car possibilité de partir et revenir à ski et pas besoin de prendre l’ascenseur. La pièce à vivre est agréable, la cuisine est bien équipée en terme d’électroménager mais mériterait d’être mieux équiper en terme d’ustensiles(un appareil à raclette serait sympa). Les chambres sont petites, dont une chambre sans fenêtre. Et une seule vraie salle de bain, il y a une douche dans la chambre sans fenêtre. Olivier est tres réactif en cas de problème et ne pas hésiter à contacter la conciergerie lorsqu’il y a un problème.

Lovely, quiet apartment just a short walk from the centre of town

A lovely apartment with a nice cozy, homely feel, and plenty of space for our group of 5. All rooms are well furnished with fixtures and fittings in good order and plenty of cleaver storage space, which is often lacking in ski apartments. The location gives really good access to the Tour/Stade/Lac-Interets chairs in the morning and is only a 5 min. walk from the centre of town. We had two young children with us and it was a bit of a hike up to the ski school meet point on the plateau the first couple of mornings but by day 3 they were comfortable on chair lifts so could be whisked up via the Tour chair quickly and easily the rest of the week. Olivier, the property owner was really good at answering any questions we had through the booking process and leading up to our arrival and I’d certainly recommend the apartment to my friends. We did have a minor issue, arriving late to find no bed linen but speaking to the service agents in the morning this does seem to be have been a genuine mistake and they had been delivered to the flat by the time we returned from skiing the next day, so quickly an efficiently resolved and would no doubt have been resolved on the Saturday if we'd arrived on time.

Bel appartement mais...

Appartement très confortable et bien agencé. Il est toute fois dommage que le ménage entre deux locations soit aussi surfait (nappe pleine de taches -j'ai du la laver dès mon arrivée-, canapés du salon pas très frais -taches et oréoles douteuses- , moutons sortant de sous les meubles...) et que les rangements ne soient pas régulièrement vidés (j'ai trouvé une vieille culotte entre les jeux de société et des magasines anglais datant de plus de 2 ans)... Tout cela fait un peu négligé :( C'est bien dommage parce que le logement était vraiment très agréable et joliment décoré... Peut être faut-il trouver un autre société de gérance ? J'ai adoré la grande cuisine, les deux frigos, un VRAI four (assez rare en station de ski) et les deux machines à laver (linge et vaisselle) de très bonne qualité. Nous avons malgré tout passé un très bon séjour.

Expérience très décevante.

J'ai aimé : départ et retour ski aux pieds. Lave vaisselle performant, présence d'un lave-linge. Je n'ai pas aimé : appartement bruyant, situé en début de couloir avec portes battantes qui claquent dans la cloison à chaque fois que quelqu'un la franchit et juste à côté de la route avec passage régulier de chenillettes, motos neiges et engins divers, parfois la nuit. Ménage non fait après les précédents locataires, présence de paquets de poussière mêlés de fibres textiles en grande quantité derrière le mobilier des chambres et découverte d'objets divers sous les lits et entre les lits et les cloisons. Un canapé auréolé. Une partie de la vaisselle rangée sale, nous avons dû tout relaver avant de nous en servir. Oreillers auréolés et malodorants, couettes tachées. Chambres exiguës, même si la superficie est notée dans le descriptif, il faut y vivre pour en prendre conscience. Chambre borgne sans fenêtre étouffante la nuit. Pas de pression d'eau dans les douches et problème insoluble d'après le propriétaire. Deux matelas sur trois très durs dans la chambre aux lits superposés, adultes s'abstenir. Le propriétaire est réactif et fait de son mieux... mais nous n'avons pu bénéficier des services d'une femme de ménage qu'au 3ème jour de notre séjour et d'oreillers neufs qu'au 4ème jour. Nous avons bien tenté de demander une réparation financière au propriétaire (loyer payé intégralement d'avance) pour nous dédommager du préjudice subi en première partie de notre séjour : refusée....

Agréable mais...

Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel. Mais ménage qui laisse à désirer: plusieurs poignées de moutons sous les lits, poubelle de salle de bain non vidée ( avec tampons hiegieniques usagés ...). Du coup interrogation quand au nettoyage des sanitaires ( désinfection). Dommage. De plus quand nous avons signalé à la conciergerie ces faits, plus une porte de meuble de cuisine qui reste dans nos mains, on a nous fait comprendre qu’on exagérait ( nous serions tombés sur une mauvaise semaine...). Passé ces désagréments séjour très agréable.

A small but well placed property in a quiet part of Avoriaz

This apartment is conveniently situated on the top entrance floor of Ponte de Vorlaz accommodation block.  The area is quiet but reasonably close to the village amenities.  The size of the apartment is very clear in the owners description, and it evident that this would be too small for 9 people.  Our party was just 5 adults, and it was still uncomfortable due to the poor design and configuration of the apartment.  The lower floor has an open plan living /dining room kitchen, which worked well.  The guest toilet with no hand basin located on the same floor worked less well. The staircase was so narrow and steep that suitcases had to be unpacked downstairs and items carried up individually.  The upper floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.  The description of these as King sized bedrooms is just incorrect. One of the ‘king sized bedrooms’ has no window, and rather strangely a sink and shower unit inside it also. While the handover of keys from ANS worked well, we were disappointed on our arrival to find that there were broken glasses to clear, beds to make, no towels and no loo paper and rather dubious cleaning. ANS subsequently delivered towels for which we paid extra. The ski area is great and the flat is situated with good access to the extensive lift system and is only 150 meters from the top of the Prodain cable car.’  The location of this flat is probably the best thing about it
