“Great customer service ”

“This is a hidden gem and I highly recommend Shose if you are in the Moshi area. Starting with the warm welcome from Benson at the front desk to the wonderful service and great recommendations for dinner from our waiter Ismail, we were very pleased with choosing Shose Farmhouse! We were 2 couples and all agreed that the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious and the bed super comfortable! Also enjoyed a hot soak in the outdoor tub on the balcony overlooking green fields and Mt. Kilimanjaro...

“I stayed one night upon arrival to Moshi. I was warmly greeted late at night. Check in was super easy. They take a copy of your passport. My room - even though I’d booked a single - was much larger and had a double & single beds. Room was clean and tidy with enough plugs for charging your gadgets. There were toiletries including toothbrushes, soap, shampoo & lotion. Breakfast was included and I even got a nice chef-made omelette. They have a nice sitting area by the pool or you can sit inside....

“Very friendly staff. Okay breakfast (you can ask for an omelette or scrambled eggs with toast) but no good coffee included (they make a thermos of "black coffee" but it's basically water with some coffee powder in it), you can buy an espresso/cappuccino etc., though. Really good vegetarian curry for a good price at the restaurant! The standard of the rooms is what you would expect for this price. “この宿の一番良いところはオーナー初めスタッフ全員素敵な所です。 皆優しく気づかいが細かく行き届きとても快適に過ごせます。一人できても寂しさを感じることはありません。 また、宿で手配してもらった滝へのハイキング、ランチ、コーヒー農園訪問は驚く程値打ちでですし、とても素敵な体験になります。 夕食はいつも宿でとりました。値段は街のレストランと変わらないので無理して出かける必要はありません。とても美味しい料理がたべれます。そしてテラスから見るキリマンジャロは息を飲む姿です。毎朝キリマンジャロと日の出を見ることができます。”

“When or if I go back to moshi, this will be the place I will stay. Secured front entrance, clean, good breakfast, fast wifi, hot water, in a central location in town, and air conditioning with an easy laundry service for a very reasonable price. Those who run the place are also very pleasant and helped me secure a ride back to the airport for a good price so I didn’t have to haggle anyone outside, which is exhausting. “I loved the staff so friendly. Manager helped me with a cheaper route to the waterfall. Location wasn't the best as I need a ride to get anywhere but at least rides are cheap. Just be careful of not getting a agreed price before you go anywhere. As it will start at 2k and jump to 10k for little to no reason....the pool was very clean. And rooms were very nice. Asked for a air-conditioning...same day they INSTALLED it!!! Food was good. Really really loved the staff. Soo kind and some even knew...
