The nearest supermarket is a 2-minute walk (270 m) away in the centre of the village. Several restaurants, cafés, a pharmacy and shops can be found in St. Leonhard, a 15-minute drive or 11 km from the house. The spa town of Merano is a 40-minute drive (31 km) away, and the South Tyrolean capital of Bolzano is an hour's drive (60 km) from Stuls. Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.

The mountain pass to Obergurgl-Hochgurgl is closed in winter, therefore the ski area is not accessible.
