âThe hotel, staff, restaurant and location are excellent
However the rooms facing the lane are extremely noisy... we were woken up at 7.30am by loud truck deliveries and garbage trucks... and late at night, the hotel staff would gather and talk loudly just below the hotel room windows.
Also, the hotel has no parking, so you either have to be lucky and get a spot on the street in front of the hotel, or pay to park in the lot up the hill.

âIt was my girlfriends birthday, we both really enjoyed our stay, the best part of all was the views, 2nd to none.
The spa was great too, one thing we would suggest is to have a flavoured water station and herbal tea just like they had upstairs.
We will definitely stay again.

âWe stayed here for x2 nights before heading down to St Ives to break up our long drive from Manchester. We had a great time and would definitely do this again. Watergate Bay beach is literally a 4 minute walk from this apartment which is amazing! Parking is included too so you donât have to worry about your car being restricted in car parks. There are lots of nice places to get coffee, breakfast and dinner too but the apartment is cute enough if you decide to make dinner here as it can be...

A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. Thereâs a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful.
I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few...

The only thing we would recommend is the number of the lodge and campsite name be added to the booking information as we found it difficult to locate. Other than that thank you for a pleasant stay.â

It was the perfect spot ! The house was spotless and really spatious ! Very clean the beds were spacious and everything was extremely comfy . There was even a shared playroom . When we came we had a few questions and Tasha the house manager was answering within seconds by phone .
It I had one comment is that it gets cold as such we had to increase the heating substantially but nothing dramaticâ
