“We got a free upgrade to suite room which was quite spacious. Hotel staff were quite helpful.”

“Considering this hotel is quite new- I figured the staff would be on their toes regarding the service to all customers. I booked an executive room with a king-size bed, but upon reaching my room, I was exposed to two twin-size beds suitable for children. Once I went down to address this issue with the reception manager- we were told that the hotel has overbooked and we would have to stay in that room until the next day. The room was filthy, the bedsheets stained, pillows heavily molded, walls and headboard covered in thick disgusting grime, and the towel covered in stains and a grease residue. As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. ”
