It would be unfair not to mention that the building is outstanding, even if not fully finished. Everything is brand new, clean and nice. I believe that the Owners should make more practice to ensure standard quality to all the Guests. For instance, there is no justification to have almost no choice of food at the breakfast because you are the last to be served, so the food has almost completely run out. "We are sorry" is not enough. There is no justification to have no hangers because "another guest needed more then 10". Not all the rooms have the hair-dryer. I believe that the attempt to exceedingly satisfy some guests can't reduce the experience quality of the others. If you are lucky, you get top quality, but if you are not, you will experience inconveniences. Everything has the potential of being ourttanding, but it is still incomplete. The bath is beautiful but the furniture is so minimal that I could not find any space to drop my toothpaste, there is no glass to drink some water. I attribute all these contradictions to the small experience of the Owners. So, good luck to the Owner for achieving top standard in all the aspects of the service, and good luck to the Guest until they have succeeded.
