This property is part of what was once a motel where all units have now been converted to privately owned holiday homes. The lawn, BBQ patio, and children's playground are shared areas, and adjoining units may be occupied during your stay.

There is a trampoline in the children's playground but as there are no safety mats, all guests should take care if using this and only allow one person on the trampoline at a time.

This property is situated adjacent to State Highway 1 in a 60km/h area. Traffic noise is to be expected.
