We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Mougins, this beautiful air-conditioned villa with swimming pool and sauna, of a surface of 210 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m². Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The villa is composed as follows:
On the first floor, an entrance hall serves:

- A living room of 40 m² with a sitting area, TV, a dining room, with a view overlooking the pool and the forest
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and its adjoining bathroom
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180x200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190), a single bed and its shower room.

On the ground floor:
- A large living room of 50m ².

In the basement:
- A sauna
- A shower room with WC
- A storage space for bicycles

If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to 3 cars.

Other remarks :
- Noise pollution due to construction on the neighboring property is currently ongoing.
- In order to provide you with the most pleasant surroundings, we regularly require the services of a swimming pool attendant, mosquito killer and gardener. If necessary, please allow them access to the property.

- Animals are not allowed in the house
- The house being built on a slope, the access is possible by two gates, one up and one down.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.
